Ingredients for spice pasta

Pasta: 250 grams
Capsicum: Half cup (finely chopped)
 Tomato: half cup (finely chopped)
 Onion: Half cup (finely chopped)
Garlic: 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
 Green chili: a small spoon (finely chopped)
 Celery leaf: a small spoon
 Tomato puree: cup
 Black pepper powder: a small spoon
 Red chili powder: half a teaspoon
 Cheese: Two Tbsp (grated)
 Sugar: a small spoon
 Oil: two tablespoons
Salt: as per taste
 Garam Masala: a pinch

To make masala pasta, first boil the pasta and keep it aside.
 After this, take a pan and heat oil in it, fry green chillies, garlic, onion, tomatoes and capsicum properly.
 Fry all the vegetables for 3-4 minutes till they turn golden.
 When the vegetables are fried, add tomato puree, black pepper powder, red chili powder, sugar and salt and mix well.
 Keep stirring continuously and when you feel that the gravy is thick, add boiled pasta to it.
Add pasta and mix it while stirring well and let it cook on low flame for a while.
 After that, turn off the hot masala gas from the top.
