HOW TO MAKE BHEL PURI AT HOME
BHEL PURI RECIPE
Bhelpuri is a savoury snack, originating from India, and is also a type of chaat. It is made of puffed rice, vegetables and a tangy tamarind sauce. Bhel is often identified with the beaches of Mumbai, such as Chowpatty or Juhu.

Ingredients for making Bhel Puri:
Laia (puffed rice) - 4 tablespoons
Papdi - 5
Peanut (roasted)
Cucumber (finely chopped)
Potatoes (boiled and finely chopped)
Tomato (finely chopped)
Gram flour (fine ones)
Coriander Chutney
Green Chili (finely chopped)
Coriander (finely chopped)
Sweet sauce
Chaat masala

Bhel Puri Recipe:
To make Bhel Puri, first take 4 tablespoons of liya in a big and deep vessel. Now add 3 tsp chopped potatoes, 3 tsp finely chopped tomatoes, 3 tsp roasted peanuts and 3 tsp kheer. Break 5 papdis into it. Top it with 5 teaspoons finely chopped, half teaspoon green chilli, half teaspoon chaat masala and mix well.
Now add 1 teaspoon green coriander sour sauce and 2 teaspoons sweet chutney. Mix it well with the help of a spoon. Take your Bombay style bhel puri is ready. You can eat it yourself and also serve the guests.
