Ingredients

-Chopped onion two cups

-Garlic cloves 1 teaspoon

-Chopped ginger 1 teaspoon

-Tomato 1/2 cup

-Oil 1/4 cup

-Cumin 2 teaspoon

-Two bay leaves

-Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon

-Salt 1 tbsp

-Garam masala 1/2 tsp

-Red chili powder 1/2 tsp

-Coriander powder 1 tbsp

-Coriander leaves for garnish

Way

-To make pea cheese, first roast the peas in steam.

-After this, put oil in the pan and heat the oil.
