Refined flour - 100 grams cottage cheese - 1/2 cup ginger-green chili paste - 1/2 tsp garlic - 1 tsp onion - 1 capsicum - 1 closed cabbage - 1/2 cup (grated) carrots - 1 / 2 cups coriander leaves - 1 tsp vinegar - 1 tsp soy sauce - 1 tsp ginger - 1 piece (finely chopped) black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp green chili - 1-2 (finely chopped) salt - Oil to taste - 1 tsp veg momos recipe method
1. To make the veg momos recipe, first sieve the flour in a bowl, then add a little warm water and knead a soft dough and cover it with a wet cloth for a while.
2. After this, grate capsicum, cabbage, carrots in a bowl.
3. Now heat oil in a pan, then add grated capsicum, cabbage,
carrots and fry for a while.
4. After adding salt, chili, coriander powder, garam masala to the pan, fry the stuffing of veg momos well and take them out in a bowl and cool them.
5. Now make small dough balls of maida flour and roll it with the help of a bellow.

puri and seal the momos by turning from the edges.
7. Now boil by filling water in an idli steamer.
8. After this, grease the idli stand with some oil, then place the pre-made momos on it to cook in the steamer.
9. Now cover the steamer and cook it for 3-4 minutes. 10. After this, take out the wedge momos from the steamer in a plate. 11. Now serve the prepared veg momos hot with the desired chutney.
