HOW TO MAKE DHOKLA AT HOME..??
DHOKLA RECIPE
Content to prepare Dhokla: -
1) 500 gram gram flour2) 2 cups yogurt
3) Green chili paste
4) Ginger Paste
5) Salt as per taste
6) 2 teaspoons soda / eno
7) Lemon juice as per taste
8) 2 teaspoons oil
9) 2 teaspoon mustard
10) some sweet neem leaves
11) Coriander leaves
12) 4 teaspoons oil
13) 3-4 Green Chilies
How to make Besan Dhokla / Dhokla Kaise Banaye
Dhokla method
Take gram flour in a bowl and mix yogurt and water in it. Keep mixing this mixture well with your hands until it becomes soft. Add salt as per taste and keep it covered for 5 -6 hours.
Take ginger and green chili paste and mix it well. Add turmeric to it as well. Keep the utensil or cooker ready on the gas. Apply the oil on the plate to make dhokla so that the dhokla comes out well.
Now take 1 teaspoon of soda or ino in a bowl, mix 1 teaspoon oil and lemon juice well. And beat all these mixture well and mix. Pour the mixture into the pot and keep it in the cooker, let it remain on the gas for at least 15-20 minutes. After cooking, let it cool down and cut into big pieces.
Now heat oil in a small pan and add mustard seeds and sweet neem leaves. And keep frying till the rye feet go.
And later on the dhokla, add a mixture of finely chopped coriander and rye and sweet neem leaves made in bhagone and serve with green chutney.
Your favorite and tasty dhokla is ready to eat ……
