Pav Bhaji is the most liked street food of Mumbai, it can be easily prepared at home very quickly. Anytime make lunch or serve pavbhaji, you and your family will like it very much.
Ingredients for Mumbai Pav Bhaji
Boiled Potatoes - 3 (300 grams)
Tomato - 6 (400 grams)
Capsicum - 1 (100 grams)
Cauliflower - 1 cup chopped (200 grams)
Peas - 1/2 cup
Coriander - 3-4 tbsp (finely chopped)
Butter - 1/2 cup (100 grams)
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Green chili - 2 (finely chopped)
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Pav Bhaji Masala - 2 tsp
Red chili - 1 small spoon
Salt - 1.5 tsp or as per taste

To make Pav Bhaji, wash the cabbage well and chop it finely. Put the cauliflower and peas in a vessel, add 1 cup of water and let it cook until it becomes soft.

How to make Pav Bhaji at home

Heat a pan, add 2 table spoon butter and melt it, add ginger paste and green chillies and fry it lightly. Now add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder and capsicum and mix and cover it and cook for 2-3 minutes.
