HOW TO MAKE BREAD ROLL AT HOME..??

BREAD ROLL RECIPE

MATERIAL

10 Bread Slices
5 Potatoes - (medium size)
1 tsp, coriander powder -
1/4 tsp, garam masala-
1/4 tsp, mango powder -
1/4 tsp, red chili powder
2 green chilies (finely chopped),
2 tablespoons green coriander (finely chopped),
1 inch piece of ginger (grated)
To fry oil as required
To roll semolina as required
Salt to taste

WAY 
1.Wash and boil the potatoes first. After boiling, cool them and then peel and mash them.

2.Now put a big spoon of oil in the pan and heat it. When the oil is hot, add chopped green chilies, grated ginger and coriander powder and fry it while stirring. After roasting the masala, add mashed potatoes, garam masala powder, mango powder and salt in the pan and fry it lightly. . After this, turn off the gas and allow the potato mixture to cool.

3.Now cut the brown part of the edge of the bread with a sharp knife and separate it. After this, take water in a large bowl and soak the pieces of bread in it and drain it. Then keep the bread soaked between both the palms and press it, so that the water of the bread gets drained.

4.Now place a spoonful of potato mixture on top of the bread and make a roll by turning the bread. After that, close the edges by pressing it well. Similarly, prepare all the rolls by filling potatoes in all the bread pieces. Now wrap all the bread rolls in semolina properly.

5.Now put oil in the pan and heat it. When the oil is hot, add 2-3 (as many embroidery as possible) bed rolls and fry them till they turn brown.

6.Once the bread rolls are ready, take them out in a plate and enjoy with desired sauce or tomato sauce.
