HOW TO MAKE SPRING ROOL

  SPRING ROLL RECIPE

Veg Spring Roll Forming Materials
1 cup gram flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
2 tablespoons finely chopped ginger
2 tablespoons finely chopped green chillies
1/2 teaspoon mix herbs
1/2 capsicum cut into long pieces
1/2 carrot long cut
1/3 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/3 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon Chaat Masala
1/2 teaspoon Pavbhaji Masala
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/3 teaspoon salt

Veg spring roll recipe
First, to make a sheet of spring roll, add maida in a bowl, then add salt and oil to it and mix well, now add a little water and prepare it like dough, as we used to make puris or parathas.

Cover the dough and keep it for 15 minutes to set until the dough is set, make the stuffing, put oil in a pan and heat it, then add finely chopped garlic, ginger, and green chillies and cook for a while. Then add mixed herbs to it and cook for a while.

After that add long chopped onion, carrot, capsicum and chopped cabbage and cook for a minute while stirring on a medium flame and after that add red chili powder, cumin powder, chaat masala and pavbhaji masala and cook for a while.

After that put soy sauce in it and mix it. Now turn off the gas and let the stuffing cool down, then add salt to it.

Now it has been 15 minutes to mash the dough and smoothen it, after that make a dough of lime and keep it in a dry shape and wrap it in a size of puri.

Now keep all the pooris in the same way, now take one poori and apply oil on it, then dust it all over and pick up the other poori and put it on it and back it in the shape of bread and now like this Roll the whole poori like bread (in this way you can prepare two sheets at a time)

After that, heat the pan on the gas, then pour the rolled roti on the pan and turn it over and turn it slightly, it should not be cooked completely, keep it lightly raw. Now lift the roti and keep it in a plate. Roast all the rotis

Now take a roti and open it with light hands, then you will see that the roti will be split in two parts. Now open all the rotis in this way and make a sheet of spring roll ready. Cover the sheet in a cloth. For paste, take two spoons maida in a bowl and prepare a solution by adding some water to it.

Now take a sheet and place a spoonful of stuffing in it and put a mixture of all purpose flour on the edge of the sheet, fold it from the side and lift it from the side, then roll it with light hands and stick the roll well by adding fine flour solution to the last. The spring is ready as you see in the image below.

Now place the joint of the wedge spring roll in the plate on the side so that the joint sticks well and similarly, make all the wedge spring rolls of the sheet.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it, then add spring rolls one by one, as per the embroidery, fry them till they turn golden brown color, then take them out in a plate and fry all the veg rolls in the same way.
