Method- To make veg fried rice, use cooked rice. If you have raw rice, soak a cup of rice in water for about 20 minutes. After that, drain your water. Now put about 5–6 glasses of water in a pan and add a teaspoon of salt. Also add half teaspoon lemon juice to it. When the water starts boiling lightly, add rice to it and stir once. Now leave the rice to cook. When the rice is cooked well, take out its excess water and spread the rice in a large plate so that it is feeding.

Now put a pan on the gas to heat it. Now add oil to it. After this, add chopped green chillies, garlic, onions, carrots and stir well. After three or four minutes, add salt, pepper, red chili sauce, green chili sauce and little soy sauce to it. Now mix it well.

Now it is time to mix rice in it. You add rice to this mixture and mix well. Just your fried rice is ready.

Remove it in a plate and garnish with the help of a spring onion. You can eat it like this or else mix it with a Chinese gravy and eat it.

Note: We have used Spring Onion and Carrot in this recipe. If you want, you can also use some other vegetables of your choice.
