HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN TIKKA AT HOME IN LOCKDOWN (2020)
CHICKEN TIKKA RECIPE
Material
#Ingredients to Marinate 6 Chicken Tikka-
-6 tablespoon Curd
-1 teaspoon red chilli powder
-1 teaspoon garlic paste
-2 teaspoon ginger paste
-1 teaspoon cumin powder
-1 teaspoon garam masala powder
-4-5 tablespoon lemon juice salt - taste
-2 tomatoes
-1 onion
-1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
-½ teaspoon cumin powder
-½ teaspoon coriander powder
-¼ cup milk
-1 small teaspoon of salt - as per taste
Recipe
-Chicken tikka masala is made in two ways. Tikka is prepared first and then its gravy.
-To prepare the tikka, mix the ingredients given under the marinade.
-Then cut the piece of chicken into small pieces and wash it and filter it.
-Now put the chicken in the mixed paste and keep it for 1 hour.
-After that either grill the chicken pieces or cook in the oven till the golden brown.
-While cooking the chicken, apply butter or oil on it, so that it remains soft and yes
-Do not overcook it, otherwise it may burn.
-To make gravy, heat oil in a pan, then add ginger, garlic paste to it.
-Fry it a little and add chopped onion to it.
-Turn the heat on high and cook the onion. When the onion becomes golden brown, add chopped tomatoes and fry it on medium flame.
-When the oil starts separating from the spices, mix cumin and coriander powder.
-Now add salt and sugar and add chicken tikka in a few minutes.
-Now cook it for 5 minutes on low heat. After that, turn the heat on high and slowly add milk to it. Also keep it running.
-Once the gravy is thick, turn off the heat.
#Then garnish it with green coriander and serve with rice.
