HOW TO PREPARE KHEER

INGREDIENTS
-30 grams gram flour
-40 grams dates
-1 teaspoon Ghee
-30 grams of jaggery finely chopped
-2 cups milk
-1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
-1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
-4 finely chopped almonds
-4 pistachios finely chopped
WAY
1. First of all, soak the dates in water for 15 to 20 minutes.
2. Make a paste of soaked dates and 1/2 cup milk.
3. Roast the gram flour with ghee in a pan for about 2-3 minutes.
4. Boil 1ँद2 cup milk in the roasted gram flour after mixing it well. Boiling samas should take care not to stick the gram flour in the pan.
5. Now mix the dates paste and mix well.
6. After this, mix 1 cup milk and 2-4 tablespoons of jaggery and boil it and check the sweetness.
7. Add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, almonds and pistachios and mix and turn off the gas.
8. Kheer is ready. Serve cold or hot garnished with the remaining almonds.
