POTATO CHIPS RECIPE
Ingredients for 'Potato Chips'
Potato-required
Alum powder - half a teaspoon for 2-3 kg
WAY
1. To make potato chips, first wash the potatoes thoroughly
2. After this, peel it and cut the chips thinly with a chips cutter or food processor.
3. After this, add so much water in a vessel, in which the chips are well immersed.
4. Now add alum powder to the water and dissolve it and put potato chips in it.
5. Let it remain in water for 2-3 hours.
6. After this, remove the chips with alum water and wash them with clean water.
7. Now again take so much water in a pan, in which the chips are completely submerged.
8. Place the pan on the gas and pour the chips into the boiling water when the water boils.
9. Boil the chips for 6-8 minutes on medium flame once they boil again.
10. Boil until the chips are soft and turn off the gas
11. Then remove the chips with the help of a sieve and place them on an old washing sheet to dry in the sun.
12. Spread the chips one by one, otherwise the whole will stick together.
13. Dry the chips in the sun for two to three days.
