CHILLI POTATO RECIPE
MATERIAL REQUIRED
1. Four Medium Size Potatoes
2. One teaspoon soy sauce
3. One Tbsp Red Chili Sauce
4. Salt
5. Catchup
6. Oil for frying potatoes
7. Green Chili
8. Garlic
9. Interest
10. Capsicum

13. Half cup of water
14. Corn starch
15. Rice flour

Method
First, cut the potato long and cut it into the shape of fringe fries. After this, add chopped potatoes in a pan, add salt and water to it and let it come to a boil on high heat. Now add onion, capsicum and mix again. Now mix salt, a little sugar, a spoonful of soy sauce, red chili sauce and catchup. Now add half cup of water and cook it. Now mix in a spoonful of cornstarch by adding a little water. Now pour this mixture in the pan and keep stirring. Now turn off the gas and add green onion to it. Also, a little honey can also be added to it. It is completely optional. Use it or not according to your taste. Now add potatoes to the prepared mixture and mix. Your Spicy and Crispy Chili Potato is ready. Just take it out in a plate and enjoy it.
