Ingredients for Veg Chow mein
Noodles - a pack (200 grams)
Carrot-1 (finely chopped)
Capsicum - 1 (finely chopped)
Cabbage - 1 cup (finely chopped)
Oil or butter - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Ginger - 1 inch long piece (cut finely) if you want
Chili mother-in-law - 2 tsp
Soya SaaS - 2 tsp
Vinegar - 2 tsp
How to make veg chow mein
Break the noodles and make them smaller. Heat enough water in a vessel to easily submerge it in water with noodles. Put half a teaspoon of salt and 2 teaspoons of oil in the water, after boiling in the water, put the noodles in boiling water and after boiling again, boil for 8-10 minutes more, boil the noodles till they become soft. Turn off the fire Remove excess water from boiled noodles and wash it with cold water.
Heat oil or butter in a pan, add ginger, carrot, capsicum and cabbage, cook for 2 minutes while stirring continuously. Now add noodles, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce and black pepper, stir continuously with a spoon and mix it for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
Veg noodles are ready. Take out the noodles in a bowl. Serve and eat hot vegetable noodles with chutney or tomato sauce.
For onion noodles, chop 1 onion finely, fry it in hot oil till it becomes light pink and now add vegetables and cook while stirring. Make the remaining noodles prepared by the above method, cut green onion leaves and put them on top of the noodle
